Worldtech secured in a competitive bid situation the re development of a legacy system for a large regional IFA Network.

The legacy system is mission critical to their business for the handling of all commissions , introducers, policies and client data throughout their network of Branded and Non Branded Appointed Representatives. Additionally it is the source of all compliance management functions within the organisation and throughout their network with regular Compliance Audits completed by the Financial Services Authority F.S.A.

Worldtech adopted a Unified Process to the overall project with short (four – six weeks )  Rapid Application Development Iterations utilizing Worldtechs overall W.U.P Methodology. The proposed system is a client server multi tier architecture adopting an Object Orientated approach to development. Inline with the Unified process the project Inception , Elaboration and Construction have been completed and the project is now in Transition with user acceptance testing and piloting.
